Dave brings his financial expertise to the board. He is a retired finance executive from a Fortune 500 global manufacturing company. Originally from Connecticut, he spent 27 years in United Technologies managing various leadership roles within the Carrier Global and Otis Elevators subsidiaries. His most enjoyable experience was his role as CFO of the Otis South America Region, where he centralized the regional finance organization and co-led the acquisition and integration of two separate national elevator company acquisitions in Panama and Colombia. Prior to joining United Technologies, Dave was an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Hartford, CT for 10 years, eventually moving up the ranks to senior manager. 

During his career in public accounting, he was involved with the audits of several Connecticut-based non-profit organizations, in addition to a broad client base of multinational manufacturing corporations. Dave retired from Carrier Global Corporation in 2023 and moved to Southport and St. James where he lives with his wife, Kathy. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and holds an MBA from Purdue University.  Dave has a son and daughter.
